Thomas E. Delfi is a Puerto Rican museum professional, historian, and event Producer based out of Pennsylvania. He founded the Nerdtino social media community to promote the history and presence of Latin American, Hispanic, Xicano, Afro-Latin, and Afro-Caribbean creators and fans in geek culture, from comic books and science fiction films to fantasy and horror literature. In November of 2016, in response to the growing hostile environment towards Latin Americans, he chose to officially announce the Nerdtino Expo, the first East Coast Latinx Comic Book Convention, coming to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, November 18, 2017.
