Ode to Coachella. There’s nothing like enjoying three days in one of the biggest, most anticipated festivals of the year. Sure, it probably shouldn’t matter what time you’re enjoying, absorbing, indulging in the music you like. Well, I don’t know about you, but it definitely feels like vacation when you’re taking it all in during the day; while dancing your ass off barefoot, hanging out with friends, gazing at your favorite performers, smoking a J, etc., cause you know you got the entire night ahead of you. We got some NIGHT flicks coming your way too, so stay tuned. Below, check out ten spectacular photos of this year’s Coachella day time performers featuring Hello Seahorse!, Neon Indian, Santigold, Ximena Sariñana and more!

Look, it’s Lo Blondo of Mexico City’s avant-pop trio Hello Seahorse! No te caigas, chikilla.

Front row crowd got their hands in the air, waving them like they just don’t care.

You know it, Texan shoegaze master Alan Palomo of Neon Indian is full of those moves. Sexy.

The fierce front lady, Teri Gender Bender of the Mexican garage pop band Le Butcherettes,
who doesn’t wear that bloody apron anymore! You go girl!

And Omar Rodríguez-López, of a zillion other bands who will make history shortly with At the Drive In reunion, backs up the lovely brunette  of Le Butcherettes on bass. Solid, homes.

Wet T-shirt contest? Ehm, maybe not. Woohoo, Coachella!

Look at that smirk. Mexican bilingual singer-songwriter Ximena Sariñana shines
her smiley teeth to a big crowd.

Atlanta’s flower punk band Black Lips keeping it funky like always.

Santigold. Yep, this chick pretty much rules.

What a lovely day at Coachella.
