Azules Coffee has decided to take the already delectable concha ice cream sandwich and crank it up to 11. The Anaheim coffee shop is serving up a gigantic concha ice cream sandwich – made out of conchas that are 10 times as big as a regularly sized pan dulce, which are then stuffed with a pint of ice cream – and then dipping it in a quarter pound of chocolate.
The sandwich is more of a cake at this point, and probably would be well received at your next birthday party. (Just note that you have to pre-order it).
