For its lucky 13th year, Heineken is bringing exciting global sounds to Miami’s North Beach Bandshell with the TransAtlantic Music Festival. Taking place over the weekend of April 10 and April 11, the fest has a pretty diverse line-up this year that will add a little flavor to anyone’s musical palette. Last year, one of our favorites from Chile, electronic-indie band Astro, took over the stage in North Beach and this year they’ve dipped back into the solid treasure trove of Chilean artists with Ana Tijoux.
Rounding out the line-up is American brother/sister indie band Wild Belle, who grew up in a diverse musical household and make music inspired by folk, reggae, soul, and African rhythms. Also playing are NYC’s Budos Band, Colombia’s Puerto Candaleria, and Miami locals, My Deer and Bluejay.
