The tastemakers/selectors at Indie-O Music have just announced the nominees for this year’s awards show and, oh lord, is it ever an extensive list of bands you’ve most likely never heard of but should be listening to! The Indie-O Awards were created in 2008 in order to recognize the work of independent artists in Mexico. In other words, we finally have a music awards show that will never nominate Maná for anything and we’re all the better for it.
