Halloween/Día de los Muertos – Best Latin Events 2011

The end of October/beginning of November is the best time to see the blend of Latin and mainstream culture in the United States, as we gear up for two holidays at once, both dealing with death, fright, skeletons, etc – November’s Day of the Dead for the Mexican community – and any honorary Mexicans that want to take part – and Halloween for everyone. These holidays have solemn meanings to be revered…but we just want to party!

Remezcla’s favorite Halloween/Day of the Dead tradition is bringing you a guide to the best parties in your city. STAY TUNED! This list will be updated as we go. This is just the tantalizing beginning, still wrapped in plastic so your mom knows its safe and not poisoned or full of razor blades. Trick or treat, cabrones!
