Since her passing in 2012, the family of the late Jenni Rivera has been hard at work preserving the legacy of La Diva de la Banda, mostly by developing the Jenni Rivera Enterprises empire, which sells everything from perfumes to clothes to books. Last summer, they added another branch to the company: a footwear collection. For the most part, the shoe line consists of glittery, rhinestone-encrusted stilettos that embody Jenni’s spirit and style.
The newest addition to the shoe line is a pair of white Converse sneakers, which are being billed as “Diva Converse,” and feature an autograph and a black-and-white illustration of the singer-songwriter’s likeness on the left shoe.
The pre-order for these limited edition sneakers closed in just four days. According to a cached page on JenniRiveraFashion.com, there will be a chance to grab these on May 1, when they will be officially released to the public. Start saving, though – the shoes are on sale for a steep $100.
