UPDATE 10/19/11: WEDNESDAY HINT TIME.

Here’s your screen grab…

….and your hint!

Okay, so we’re a little late on this today. It’s still Monday, though. Keep your pants on.

By now you know the drill: you like us on Facebook, we give you a hint here today in the form of the above image, and another two hints on Wednesday, and then Friday we ask you to identify the video (or answer another trivia question) for the chance to win a prize.

This week’s prize comes to us courtesy of La Casa Azul Bookstore. Some of you may remember our story on La Casa Azul and their quest to raise 40K in 40 Days in order to build a brick and mortar location in Spanish Harlem to compliment their digital store and to create a much needed book store/literary space to the neighborhood. When we reached out to her, the brains behind the bookstore, Aurora Anaya-Cerda, told us:

On September 14, I launched the ’40K in 40 days’ campaign to open an independent bookstore in East Harlem. Since then, the ’40K in 40 days’ campaign has received media attention from NBC News, New York Daily News, Huffington Post, El Diario La Prensa, CUNY TV, and blogs nationwide.

As we enter the last week of the campaign, I share very exciting news. During these next 7 days, every contribution will have three times the impact because the benefactor has agreed to match, not with $1, but with $2, every contribution up to a total of $40,000. You give $40, they give $80!

Head on over to donate and make something incredible happen in NYC.

And if you can correctly identify the video above, dear readers, we’ll make something incredible happen for you. La Casa Azul is offering the winner of our little contest a copy of Julia Alvarez’s How Tia Lola Saved the Summer, signed by the legendary author herself.

The esteemed author of In the Time of the Butterflies will be appearing at the The Malcolm X and Dr. Betty Shabazz Memorial and Educational Center tonight at 7 to discuss her book.

What’s more, join La Casa Azul on Friday, October 21st at East Harlem Cafe from 6:00-8:oo to take part in the 40K in 40 Days FUNraiser. $10 suggested donation. Let’s get this bookstore built!
