Ah, Brasil. It’s that magical place that gives us smooth cantautores like Caetano, or bouncy beatmakers like Bonde Do Role, and oh yes, they’re famous for the booty. Your average Miss Universo and her pretty smile will look like Madre Teresa after seeing the contestants for Miss Bumbum Brasil.
To win the title and the cash prize, around 500 competitors entered the contest. Out of these, 27 candidates from each of Brasil’s Federative Units were chosen compete in a first phase that took place in September. Now, voters will decide the 15 contestants that will make the final round in Sao Paulo in November. Below a teaser for the competition, i think it’s meant to rile up voters…Maybe, just maybe.

I know voting for the real elections has you bogged down, preoccupied; but see this as a practice, with a more curvaceous ending.
And of course then this happens: the rest of the world (JAPAN) gets ahold of the fact that this competition is taking place. And they take it to the iPhone!
