My dad forwarded me the link to the American Embassy in Argentina today, because–lo and behold–the most important news in US-Argentine ties at the moment is that US Ambassador Wayne met with none other than Cerati, Zeta, and Charly (aka Soda Stereo) the other day.
The best thing about this is how awkward Mister Ambassador looks… like, he has an idea they’re pretty famous and all, but he totally does not know how to behave or what say around rockstars. (He should have told them that you can’t do a US tour and not come to NY–that’s totally worthy of a diplomatic meeting!!!!)
