Andes Beer is all for the bros, and their commercials often reflect that. In their latest ad, they decided to see what a night out would look like if you removed (but more like reduced) impossibly good looking men from the mix, and gave regular dudes a chance.
They staged a fake casting call that started at 10 p.m. on a Saturday and went past 2:30 a.m. Those who fit in the Hot Mugshot Guy category were brought in to pose ridiculously, fumble around with silly props, and unwittingly read snippets of a script that would later be edited together to explain that they’d been tricked into a fake casting call. Meanwhile, all the normals were at the clurb getting it in with the ladies, free from the competition of beefed up hot guys.
Whether this was a real prank or a staged prank, it’s still pretty funny. Watch and see.
