Metallica Bassist Robert Trujillo’s 12-Year-Old Son Makes His Debut With Korn in This Video

More than a week ago, Korn announced that Reginald “Fieldy” Arvizu couldn’t join the band during the South American leg of its tour. The band could have called on someone who has decades of experience. Instead, it chose someone born in the mid-aughts: 12-year-old Tye Trujillo. The son of Metallica bassist Robert Trujillo, Tye already has an impressive resume. He normally plays with The Helmets, but joined Korn for a few dates starting on April 17.

And now, just after he made his debut with Korn, there’s footage of the long-haired tween effortlessly fitting in with the band. Check it out below:
