It’s been over a year since Netflix inaugurated their plan for Latin American domination with season one of Club de Cuervos. And much to Televisa’s chagrin, the soccer-driven Spanish-language dramedy did pretty darn well for itself, earning an impressive 80% rating at Rotten Tomatoes.

But as the global streaming giant continued making its way into the Latin American market with a handful of new series, fans of Club de Cuervos were left wondering when to expect another 13 episodes of laugh-out-loud antics and inheritance drama from Mexico’s golden boy director Gaz Alazraki.

Until today, when Netflix teased the show’s upcoming season with a short video published on Club de Cuervos’ Facebook account. In the twenty second clip, we see Mariana Treviño’s Isabel stepping decidedly past Chava and bursting into the men’s locker room where, after a moment of hesitation, she struts in and lays down the law. It’s a nod to the first season’s closer, where Isabel is primed to take over as Cuervos F.C.’s president.

The video closes out with a clear indication of where this season is going – “Ahora ella tiene las pelotas” – before announcing a December 9th release date. That should give you just enough time to binge through the last season again… okay, maybe twice. Mark your calendars.

Season two of Club de Cuervos drops December 9, 2016 on Netflix.
