The fifth season of Netflix’s prison drama Orange is the New Black opens with bang. Literally. Taking a different approach this year, the streaming service has offered us the first minute of the upcoming season premiere, rather than a traditional full season trailer.

In case you forgot where we left off in last season’s dramatic cliffhanger (beware, spoilers ahead!): following the death of Poussey (Samira Wiley) at the hands of one of the guards and the outrage that ensued, the Litchfield inmates went ahead and staged a full-on riot. In the chaos of it all, Daya (Dascha Polanco) grabbed hold of a gun and aimed it at a particularly despicable prison CO. What would she do?

Season 5 picks up right where we left off, with Daya holding the gun and everyone around her cheering her on. Proving how oblivious they always are, Piper (Taylor Schilling) and Alex (Laura Prepon) stumble onto the scene and quickly make a run for it—they want no trouble. By the time the camera cuts back to Daya, you know it’s all gonna end badly. She’s tense and asking everyone to be quiet. Chants grow louder. Screen fades to black. And then: bang.

Yep. Shit got real. That moment is sure to set up everything else that happens in the upcoming season. So if you can’t wait, be sure to check out the full teaser below and start making bets as to what you think will happen in that Litchfield hallway.

Orange is the New Black returns for season 5 on June 9, 2017 on Netflix
