On Tuesday night, Salma Hayek returned to her telenovela roots with The Bold and the Lyrical – a show composed completely out of Justin Bieber lyrics – for The Late Late Show. Starring Salma, James Corden, Ray Romano, and Gary Oldman, all of Justin’s hits somehow formed a semi-coherent story about deception – all of it on Salma’s part. It also manages to have a telenovela-like twist at the end, though I won’t spoil it for you.

After the segment, Salma revealed that James got her an apuntador – an earpiece that feeds the actors their lines and stage directions – so she said she felt right at home on the fictional telenovela set. Check out the hilarious skit above.
