If you’re anything like me, you’re probably fascinated by skateboarders and how easy they make the sport look. Of course, they don’t just start off killing every trick they try, something that We Are Blood emphasizes through many bails. The skateboarding epic follows Paul Rodriguez, Jr aka P-Rod (son of famed Chicano actor Paul Rodriguez), who has been skating for about half his life, and other skaters traveling around the world.
One of the most interesting parts of the trailer is that it also focuses on how skating has no limits when it comes to race. “I don’t think it matters where you come from,” the trailer starts off. “I don’t think it matters what your background is, ethnicity, or any of that. Once you get hooked on skateboarding, it’s hard to not become passionate about it.”
