The NSFW Twitter account @LatinasWinning is in the habit of sexualizing women and because of their skin tone, lumping them all into the category of Latina, regardless of whether or not that’s the truth. It regularly tweets images of women with the caption “Latinas stay winning.” On several occasions, the women pictured have replied and corrected the account about their backgrounds. As their messages have gone viral, the rest of Twitter has rallied behind them by transforming the account’s tired and inaccurate “Latinas stay winning” posts to hilarious content.
