4 Places to Watch the Canelo-Khan Fight and Drink Yourself Broke in NYC

Saúl “Canelo” Alvarez and Amir Khan will face off this Saturday, May 7, in a match that could change the careers of both fighters. If you’re in New York City and want to celebrate the Cinco de Mayo bout but don’t have an HBO subscription, or simply want to watch it in the company of screaming strangers while drinking yourself broke, we got your back. The following bars will be screening the match across the city.

With the high Pay-Per-View prices bars are forced to pay to screen matches, most of them won’t be showing the fight, even if they are sports bars. Save yourself the hassle of making a bunch of phone calls (we already did) and keep this list in mind. Of course, if you know other dope spots screening the fight, sound off in the comments.
