Festival season hype continues as the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival recently announced its preliminary lineup for its four-day party in Manchester, TN. The lineup is an excellent mix of artists in many genres with dudes like Skrillex sharing the stage with Mogwai, St. Vincent, Black Star, and Radiohead.
Unfortunately, that diversity doesn’t reach out into the Latin music area where the representation is worse than Coachella’s! So far, there are two bands in the mix: Afrocubism (right after they play Barcelona’s Primavera Sound fest) and Mariachi El Bronx.
But hey, this is the first round of artists announced, so maybe a couple of more Latino artists will be added in the roster. There are definitely lots to choose from!
