Santa Cardi B might be fully pregnant, but you can bet she’ll continue to be everywhere until her due date. We’re still reeling from her earth-shattering Met Gala look, and today we have even more news on the Cardi front: the Bronx rapper is having a baby girl with her fiancé Offset. On Wednesday morning, she appeared on Howard Stern’s radio show and confirmed that her child will be a girl, after referring to the baby as a “she” multiple times in a New York Times interview.
Cardi revealed her pregnancy during a performance on Saturday Night Live, and has been going non-stop ever since. In the past few weeks, she fearlessly twerked onstage during her Coachella debut, hung out with Sasha Obama, taught Quavo how to speak Spanish like a Dominican, and has even considered putting a Bardi twist on Ivy Queen’s “Quiero Bailar.”
According to the New York Times interview, Cardi is seven months pregnant. Earlier this year, she said Offset has already chosen their daughter’s name. Here’s hoping we meet Baby Belcalis before the end of the summer.
