Our favorite guitar-dynamic-duo have always paid homage to their metal and hard rock heroes, and on 11:11, they give thanks to specific artists that have influenced their work along the way: Carlos Santana, Michel Camino, Jimi Hendrix, and more.
With the launch of their new album, los mexicanos will be taking their irreplaceable lively show to several venues across the country.

With her unapologetic and hot Portuguese lyrics, Brazilian-bred and Brooklyn-based Zuzuka will give you your daily dose of head-boppin’ and booty shakin’! Having DJ experience under the name of DJ Babyfresh, Zuzuka definitely knows what she’s talking about. Don’t be surprised to find her packing NY’s nightclubs with her latest mix and spinning rare vinyl records. Think M.I.A mixed with funk, electronic and some good ol’ traditional Brazilian percussion. “MEJOR (COPACABANA MIX)”
Talented graphic artist and musician, Argentinian one-man band, Cineplexx has been on the music scene for a while now. Writer, Vocalist, guitarist, bassist, percussionist and keyboardist, Sebastian Litmanovich also controls the secuences, synthezizers, sampler and even the tambourine! His latest album, Nuevahola, was released earlier in the spring which is good news for longtime fans and new listeners alike. With influences from the Velvet Underground and Abba, this particular album, Nuevahola, is in a way Cineplexx’s “second coming,” infused with new sounds and new collaborations such as Duglas Stewart (BMX Bandits) & Norman Blake (Teenage Fanclub), Federico Aubele, Natalia Clavier, Stuart Kidd (St. Deluxe), y otros amigos.
Our download feature this week, “Mejor (Copacabana Mix)” is the first single featuring Federico & Natalia. It’s very care-free sounding but the Copacabana Mix gives it that Latino-tropical kick to it. It’s definitely a song you want to listen to first to get a taste of the album and get lost into wonderful Latino-indie bliss.
