Barcelona lo-fi trio Las Ruinas came out with their fast-and-furious third LP last year titled Groarrr! (2012, El Genio Equivocado). The band had way more output than the 14 songs that ended up on the album, so, in honor of Cassette Store Day on September 7th, Las Ruinas is releasing three equally great outtakes from Groarrr! and packaging them as Jenny EP.
Below you’ll find an exclusive stream of the unreleased material, but come September 7th, when you order a cassette via Genio Equivocado you’ll automatically receive MP3s of the three tracks (the quite catchy “Jenny,” softer “Ayer Soñé,” and the drone-prone/face-melty “Ojos de Primavera”).
