Hey y’all, we bet you didn’t know that Chewbacca and his furry clan know how to rave! The Wookies are an electronic DJ/production duo from the planet Kashyyyk—which is currently moonlighting as Mexico City—who go by the very unwookie-like names of Andre VII and Calacas.
The duo just released their latest single, “Nocturnal,” featuring the vocal styles of Fer In Soul. It’s a grand nod to late ’90s EDM. Can you imagine what a rave at Kashyyyk would be like? What with it being in a forest planet with hairy-ass creatures dressed like fairies and clowns, all rolling on ecstasy. That boggles the mind!
