Repping Atlanta and Mexico, Kap G will be on stage next to the West Coast’s King Lil G on the Lost in Smoke tour this summer. As an up-and-coming Mexican-American rapper, Kap G has been making a name for himself in the Atlanta hip-hop scene and beyond. His most recent project was a collab with Young Thug on the track “Don’t Need Em.” The rapper also released a documentary – in partnership with Remezcla – about his first trip to his ancestral homeland. Between the visits to Plaza de las Tres Culturas and taco trucks, Kap reflected on his heritage and breaking stereotypes associated with the “Latino rapper” label.
