As soon as the ABBA disco synths came on, I knew I was home. Today we have the return of our once-crowned Best Track of the Year winners, Dënver. The Chilean duo’s new album Fuera de Campo comes out at some point in May (thank you again, 2013), and the advance single, “Revista de Gimnasia,” seems to take us on a more polished, more bombastic tour of the group’s influences. But don’t be fooled, this song might channel ABBA sonically, but once you start singing about having human remnants on your back after a dude explodes in front of you, you’re safely off the ABBA train.
