Las Hermanas, the music-making moniker of Colombian visual artist Diego Cuellar, released a longer-than-most EP titled EP back in March through Discos Muertos. On that collection, Cuellar played with dub, pop, and samples. For his latest release, the single “Flotadores,” Hermanas turns his attention to old school hip-hop over dub, while still reveling in plenty of samples and moodiness. This one’s got some tropical flavor, but remains shrouded in cool.
