Citing safety concerns, last month, Mutek.MX organizers made the tough decision to postpone the festival following the earthquake that struck Mexico City on September 19. Now taking place on November 22-26, the first batch of re-confirmed acts was just announced. Luckily for us, Mutek.MX organizers were successful in securing most of the lineup they originally promised.

If you were concerned about missing your chance to see headliner Squarepusher live, no worries: he’s still scheduled to make an appearance, and so are Alva Noto, The Orb, Telefon Tel Aviv, and Lorenzo Senni. Upgrayyed Smurphy, Mondragón, Klik & Frik, and Isaac Soto also remain on the bill.

Actress, Babyfather, Chloé, Aurora Halal, and Second Woman, as well as Visions of Lizard and Daniel Arp are absent from the new lineup, but there’s still some hope, as the festival is set to announce more acts by the end of the week. Plus, you’ll notice some new inclusions, like Tim Hecker, Nina Kraviz, Gabo Barranco (aka AAAA) and the first-ever Jamaican act on Mutek.MX, Equiknoxx, among others.

Check out the full lineup below, and stay tuned for more news about the definitive schedule and venues. Ticket sales will resume through the BBVA Wallet platform soon.

Festival organizers are urging attendees to support initiatives like Omaze and the Mexican Red Cross to help the victims of the earthquake, so consider donating your time and money.
