The Afropunk Festival is set for its 10th edition this upcoming Saturday, August 23rd and Sunday, August 24th. The festival describes itself as “synonymous with open-minded, non-conforming and unconventional, placing the institution at the epicenter of urban culture inspired by alternative music.” Afropunk, once described by the New York Times as “the most multicultural festival in the US,” will host four stages as well as food trucks, performance artists, a thrift market, and more for the weekend at Brooklyn’s Commodore Berry Park in Fort Greene.

Afropunk headliners include D’Angelo, Sharon Jones & the Dap Kings, Body Count, and A Tribe Called Red, with Latin@ representation from Papi Juice’s Oscar Nñ and Adam R., Princess Nokia, and Africa Latina (Geko Jones and Chief Boima).

The festival is free, but you can grab Fast Pass tickets by making a donation at the Afropunk site. Check out the set times below.
