Calle 13 have just released their latest video, “Ojos Color de Sol,” featuring Mexican actor Gael García Bernal and Spanish actress María Valverde locking lips in a sun-lit, color-drenched setting. The video marks the directorial debut of René Pérez, also known as Residente, in collaboration with Kacho Lopez, who directed the videos for “Multi_Viral,” “Inside,” and “Stamina.”
The track features storytelling finesse from Cuban trova singer Silvio Rodríguez, who Pérez had reached out to after learning that the artist supported Calle 13’s work.
