La Mala Rodríguez, that widely known femcee who rage rapped her way to the top of our Best Tracks of 2013 list, has a new video out for another Bruja track, “¿Quién manda?” This one’s less rage rattled, more soulful. The assemblage is a cooled-down, reggae semi-ballad that balances out the more aggressive singles we’d heard so far. In this 128Films-directed video, La Mala, instead of wielding a bat, wields a spray paint can during her late-night dalliance into graffiti. Watch it below.
