Yesterday we lost our collective shit over Mediopicky’s techno-meets-mambo remix of El Columpio Asesino’s “Babel.” The rework was an entry in the #BabelContestRemix, where remixers got a chance to put their own spin (or mouse pad swipe) on the single. There are 10 in total, which you can listen to below. But, jeez, some of these remixers got lazy. Only a select few (Larz, Joe Torrento, Clove, and Mediopicky) took the track out of its comfort zone, while the rest made blander or louder versions of the original. This is a no brainer: Mediopicky 4 the win!
