Bachata-meets-dancehall/twerk rhythms makes for a dangerous, yet mercurial dance floor combination on the latest from Miami-based producer Happy Colors. “Que Buena Es La Rumba,” released for free download via Discos Peligrosa Records, features snipped vocal chops, double-time drums and a looping dancehall guitar sample at the close of the track that may be one of the most forward-thinking moments of bass in 2015 so far.
