N.A.A.F.I crew member Imaabs‘ latest is “Clinamen,” which beautifully blends reverb-ed bass, Bollywood, and ambient funk for a track that feels underground, but promises much more. The track is the first single from the Chilean-born producer’s Body Horror II EP, alongside fellow producer MM. A shuffling and chilly bassline bears the weight of filtered bells and a spiraling sitar, and altogether, the track is reminiscent of classic 80s pop and modern R&B, yet aims for something futuristic and dark, too.
