The young Afghan boy who stole the internet’s heart by making a Lionel Messi Jersey out of a plastic bag is now the proud owner of two autographed Messi jerseys. After an Internet-wide search for the mystery boy whose parents couldn’t afford to buy him a Messi jersey, Murtaza Ahmadi was found and given some Barcelona gear earlier this month.

Now, United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF) has gifted Murtaza signed jerseys and a football from his hero. His father Arif Ahmadi said that this was “one of the happiest moments” of Murtaza’s life, but that the young boy hoped to meet Messi, according to CNN.

But he’s not heartbroken, because he told UNICEF, “I love Messi, and my shirts says Messi loves me.” ????

Messi, please drop whatever you are doing and visit Murtaza ASAP, because I need more photos like this in my life.
