Jockey Victor Espinoza Rides Again… This Time at the ESPY Awards

Mexican Triple Crown Winner Victor Espinoza rode his way into an ESPY Awards…literally. Wearing his Jockey Silks – the colorful uniform jockeys wear – (I confess I had to google that) 5 foot 2 inches tall Espinoza jumped on and rode award ceremony host Joel McHale on stage. McHale was much slower than California Chrome but the whole thing was still pretty fun.

In fact, the whole ceremony seemed like a lot of fun for Victor Espinoza, who received the ESPY award for best jockey for the second time in his career (the 1st time was in 2002). If you tave a look at his twitter account @EspinozasVictor during the ceremony you’ll immediately know he was enjoying himself.

If you keep on scrolling down you can even see a picture of him talking to his horse on the phone, now that’s the kind of twitter account I wanna follow.

Victor will now be selling his lucky saddle and donating the money to the same charity he donated all of his Triple Crown earnings to.
