The Diablita
2 oz. Siembra Azul tequila blanco
.25 oz. Juice of fresh ginger
.25 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
Splash of fresh lime juice
– Shake over ice, strain and serve
– Garnish with a Maraschino cherry (the folks at Hecho en Dumbo use homemade Maraschino cherries)
