Following in the footsteps of Travis Scott, J Balvin is the next rapper teaming up with McDonald’s for a special combo. Starting today the Colombian superstar’s fans will be able to order the J Balvin meal.
J Balvin’s McDonald’s combo is arriving as Scott’s famous meal is getting phased out. Last month the “Sicko Mode” artist launched his customized meal that was only supposed to be available for a limited time. The Travis Scott combo was such a hit with customers that McDonald’s carried the promotion for a few weeks instead of days.
The J Balvin meal includes a Big Mac, medium fries, and an Oreo McFlurry. His exclusive combo with McDonald’s will be available until Nov. 2. Fans who order the J Balvin meal through the McDonald’s app will receive the Oreo McFlurry for free.
“As a longtime McDonald’s fan, I am excited to join the short list of global icons who have had a meal named in their honor,” J Balvin said in a statement. “I am looking forward to sharing my signature order with my fans, along with more surprises that are to come with this partnership. Leggo!”
J Balvin’s McDonald’s meal comes on the heels of Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny’s Corona beer commercial with Snoop Dogg. Both Balvin and Benito are the most nominated artists at this year’s Latin Grammy Awards. Balvin broke the record for the nominations in a single year with 13 nominations.
