The time of year when the world’s brightest electronic artists visit DF to showcase their talent is nigh. Friends, Mutek is upon us.
In their 12th year, the festival billed as “Festival Internacional De Creatividad Digital”, offers attendees a top notch selection of artists from across the globe. These include Nine Inch Nails member Alessandro Cortini, electronic noise/drone artist Vatican Shadow, IDM cult hero Clark, ambitious beatmaker Nosaj Thing, noisy techno artist Lee Gamble, and Umor Rex artists James Place, and the Kara-Lis Coverdale and LVX collaboration.
On the Mexican side, we have ENSAMBLE member A-RP, the mysterious Benfica, Maladama, No Light, Durant, Ropo, White Visitation, and Paperwork. Also visiting are Ricardo Donoso from Brazil and Lucrecia Dalt from Colombia. And these are only the first batch of announcements.
