UPDATE: Empress Of has been added to Friday’s line up.
Next month, NYC will be invaded by some of our favorite artists for Solo Dame Indie Pop – the showcase series that has brought us bands like Los Punsetes, AJ Dávila, Astro, Él Mató A Un Policía Motorizado, and many more.
This year, the showcase is a veritable Lat Am festival power summit, with Supercrush Studio, NRMAL and Epicentro organizing the series. The bill showcases bands from all over but there’s a heavy PR presence, so we’re expecting to see all the los boris repping hard. This is all going down during LAMC week, so start the schedule jenga machinations you need to make sure you catch as many shows as possible.
