Just based on the bejeweled outfits that have become a signature part of Walter Mercado’s aesthetic, we can tell he’s a man of good taste. But between Thursday and Saturday, you can find out firsthand if this is true. The caped clairvoyant is leaving behind Miami and moving to New York, but before he does, he’s having a mega estate sale at his downtown Miami condo.

According to the Sun-Sentinel, Walter is selling everything from his home at The Grand Condominium, including chandeliers, an antique sofa, a bronze Italian clock set, and oil paintings. “What really stands out: two of his capes,” said Tina Hunsinger, of Artistic Antiques Estate Sales and Liquidations. “They are silk, hand-embroidered.”

According to his niece and real estate agent, Dannette Benet Mercado, Walter can’t fit all of his Miami furniture in his two-story, six-bedroom San Juan house. He also can’t take them with him to New York. “He loves collecting and that’s why he has so much here in Miami,” she said. “He loves to buy, buy, and buy.”

So if you want Walter to curate your life, you should head to the sale, which takes place between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Learn more here.
