Add the lyrics, “Rapper Shark…doo doo doo doo doo doo” to the “Baby Shark” song as soon as possible. Cardi B and her family are lending their voices to some new characters on a special episode of the Nickelodeon pre-school TV series, Baby Shark’s Big Show!

According to Deadline, the episode “The Seaweed Sway,” which will air on April 15, 2022, features Baby Shark (Kimiko Glenn) and her goldfish pal William (Luke Youngblood) meeting Cardi B’s character, fittingly named Sharki B.

Sharki B is swimming into the underwater community of Carnivore Cove to perform a new dance trend known as the Seaweed Sway. In a press release, Shark B is described as “the biggest star in the seven seas – flashy, awe-inspiring, and ruthlessly fun — but always 100% herself and fin-spires other fishies to do the same.”

Cardi B’s husband Offset will play Offshark, another fish who is a fan of Sharki and is excited to see her in concert. The couple’s 3-year-old daughter, Kulture, will also guest star on the show as Kulture Shark, who is attending the concert with her daddy shark…doo doo doo doo doo doo.

“Make sure you guys and your babies check out Me & my family episode on BABYSHARK series on Nicklelodeon!!!!” Cardi B wrote on Instagram.

This is the first time Cardi B lends her voice to an animated character, although she has had a taste of Hollywood before with screen credits in movies like Hustlers and F9: The Fast Saga. Recently, Cardi B pulled out of the lead role in the comedy movie Assisted Living one week before production was set to begin.
