The record-breaking Netflix series Wednesday is getting some love from a celebrity who we’re guessing probably binged the entire show the day it premiered: Lady Gaga.

On Thursday (December 8), Oscar and Grammy winner Lady Gaga posted a video on TikTok doing her best imitation of Jenna Ortega’s viral dance sequence from the fourth episode of the series.

While Ortega dances to the 1981 song “Goo Goo Muck” by The Cramps on Wednesday, creative social media users have since replaced the song with a faster version of Lady Gaga’s 2011 banger “Bloody Mary.” Lady Gaga, too, used her own song to dance and wrote “Bloody Wednesday” in her post.

The 17-second video starts with Lady Gaga putting on makeup, which included using a pencil to elongate her eyebrows with a squiggly accent. Then, she put on a pair of black platform shoes, argyle socks, a black coat, high-waisted black shorts, and a black top with white lace that covered her entire neck. She also styled her hair with two pigtails to look more like Ortega’s title character.

By then, there were only a few seconds left to dance, but Lady Gaga pulled out all the stops and followed the same choreography that Ortega does in the series. Our only complaint is that she didn’t do the entire dance, which would’ve been epic.

Maybe Lady Gaga’s dance was just a short video audition in the case Wednesday gets a second season on Netflix. If you ask us, she’s definitely earned a role in the series. Forget a cameo, cast her as a new teacher at Nevermore Academy. There are plenty of Little Monsters there that’ll take her class.
