Is it just us, or is it getting a little hot in here? The official trailer for the sequel Magic Mike’s Last Dance just hit online Tuesday (November 15) and Oscar nominee Salma Hayek (Frida) and central star Channing Tatum are seemingly giving us a romance with plenty of dancing.

The trailer for Magic Mike’s Last Dance starts with Hayek’s as-of-now-nameless character meeting Mike at an outdoor club in Miami where he is bartending. There, he asks her what she wanted before she got to the city. “I just wanted to escape my life,” Hayek says.

The trailer jumps to Tatum and Hayek spending some time together where she asks him if he likes bartending. Mike tells her that bartending isn’t what he really does. “What is it that you really do?” Hayek asks. (Cue Mike showing her what he really does).

Hayek, who enjoyed the performance and is drawn to Tatum’s character, goes and pulls a move that sounds like it’s something straight out of Pretty Woman by saying, “Come with me to London. Let’s go.”

That must’ve been quite a dance if you ask us.

The rest of the trailer feels sees Tatum and Hayek travel together to London where he will produce a dance show at a famous theater. Hayek is in full support of her new man? Love interest? Partner? “People are numb, disconnected,” she says. “We’re gonna wake them up with a wave of passion they’ve never felt before.”

With Salma Hayek and Channing Tatum at the helm, we’re sure Magic Mike fans will be ready for anything.

Magic Mike’s Last Dance hits theaters on February 10, 2023.
