The chef and self-described “professional food eater” behind The Food Spot (@bigeat.world) on TikTok knows how to make the mouths of his 1.1 million followers water. In fact, in his latest video, the culinary talent bakes up some concha cupcakes that are almost too cute to eat. Almost.

“Just look how beautiful they came out,” he says at the start of his video before going back to show viewers how the treats were made.

The chef runs through the baking process quickly, but lets viewers know that his recipes are available online. He also has an Instagram page and YouTube channel. The concha cupcake recipe calls for milk, sugar, yeast, flour, salt, eggs, butter and vanilla extract. “You can add some cacao powder to this to make it chocolate flavored if you would like,” he says. “I added strawberry and cacao powder.”

Along with concha cupcakes, there are several other videos featuring the chef making delicious-looking munchies. In one video, he makes “Tapatio popcorn.” No, he doesn’t just douse popcorn with Tapatio hot sauce, which would make the snack soggy. Instead, the chef makes a dry rub out of the hot sauce by drying it out in the oven and then adding garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, and salt. Other Tapatio-inspired food he makes includes “Tapatio tacos,” “Tapatio wings” and “Tapatio fries.”

In another video, he makes “strawberry shortcake churros.” Other flavorful noshes the chef whips up in his kitchen are “birria dumplings,” “lobster mac and cheese balls” and a dish he calls “crispy AF shrimp.” Is that your stomach growling or ours?
