Cardi B is nine months pregnant and she’s still making history. Today, she became the first woman in rap to score two no. 1 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 after her Bad Bunny and J Balvin collab “I Like It” climbed to the top of the charts. It’s her second no. 1 after “Bodak Yellow” broke records last summer, and is officially El Conejo Malo and The Business’ first no. 1.
The Bronx-born rapper celebrated with an appropriate amount of hype on Instagram. “I look crazy guys but I’m soo happy #1 on the Billboard!!!!” she wrote in the caption. In the video she posted, she thanks J Balvin and Bad Bunny and promises to share more about the news later (in the background, Cardi’s husband Offset flexes about the no. 1 too: “Number one on you hoes!”)
Offset also posted a video of Cardi celebrating on Instagram, and true to form, she’s twerking while pregnant. “I’m number one,” she sing-raps. “I just have to give birth, birth, birth, birth.” As TMZ wrote all the way back in March, Cardi’s due date is reportedly the first week of July, so her baby is bound to see the light of day any minute now.
