Cardi B celebrated her 28th birthday in Las Vegas on Saturday night (Oct 10th) early into the morning of Sunday, her actual birthday. There were no masks or social distancing which goes against the COVID-19 guidelines for get-togethers during the pandemic. The star wore a metallic bustier paired with a draped white skirt that showed off her curves and made her appear like a Greecian goddess. At the afterparty, she changed into a figure-hugging grey bodysuit.
The birthday bash was star-studded with guests including “WAP” co-singer Megan Thee Stallion and Kyline Jenner who appears in the rapper’s music video. There was one surprising guest—Cardi B’s estranged husband Offset. Cardi B filed for divorce from Offset about a month ago after he cheated on her but he seemed to be a welcome guest at her birthday festivities. The separated couple was seen kissing and dancing together. The rappers have been married for three years and have a two-year-old daughter together, Kulture.
To commemorate her birthday, Offset bought Cardi B a baby pink billboard complete with a photo of her and Kulture wearing matching bubble-gum pink outfits. The billboard reads, “Happy Birthday Mommy Love, Kulture.” Offset also gave the birthday gal a customized Rolls Royce decked out with a matching monogrammed car seat for Kulture worth $8,000.
Offset took to Instagram to declare his love for the birthday reina with a photo of the two of them together and a caption that reads “HAPPY BIRTHDAY @iamcardib you are amazing woman you the best! Me and Kulture are proud of you!!! over came every obstacle in front you they was all sleep at once then you woke the world up! Thank you for being 1000% every min I known you live it up enjoy keep fucking balling I’m lucky.”
When Cardi B filed for divorce she stated there were “no prospects for a reconciliation” but their closeness at the birthday party may be a start of a new chapter for the former lovebirds. Only time will tell if this means the duo are back together for good.
