A judge in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico issued a restraining order against Tego Calderon for text messages and threatening phone calls he allegedly sent to his ex-partner, Katiria Millán, Primera Hora reported.

Aarón Hernández, Millán’s lawyer alleged that the “Metele Sazon” singer sent her messages which included “Wait for a visit from the devil and witches like you die by fire.”

Calderon denied the allegations, claiming he has never been a threat to Millán, and also claiming this all stems from jealousy on her part.

Millán refuted Calderon’s claims, saying “The judge made her decision and if it had been because of jealousy, she wouldn’t have issued the restraining order.”

We’ll update the story as new information becomes available.
