If you miss the 90s, Cardi B and Bruno Mars have got you covered. Last night, the Filipino-Puerto Rican singer and Dominican-Trinidadian rapper dropped a remix of “Finesse,” a song from Mars’ 2016 album 24K Magic — and accompanied the track with an unexpected video that pays homage to the Wayans brothers’ iconic 90s sketch show In Living Color.

The video starts with a recreation of the opening credits from the show’s first few seasons — if you remember, the cast would kick off each episode by splattering paint against an all-white background. Cardi delivers her opening verse while having a paint party, dropping a rhyme that references her rise to fame in the lovable, classic Cardi style we’ve come to love: “It’s my big Bronx boogie, got all them girls shook/My big, fat ass got all them boys hooked/I went from dollar bills, now we poppin’ rubber bands/Bruno sang to me while I do my money dance.”

Mars takes over for a dance break on the memorable set where the Fly Girls used to perform, giving us flashbacks to when Cardi B’s fellow Bronx sister J.Lo started her career on the show as part of the dance ensemble (Rosie Perez also worked as a choreographer on the program for four seasons). Cardi pops back out toward the end of the song, clad in 90s Daisy Dukes and a baseball cap.

On Twitter, Mars dedicated the video to one of his “favorite TV shows of all time” and thanked co-creator Keenen Wayans.

Mars was nominated for six Grammys this year, while Cardi B got her first nod with “Bodak Yellow.” Though fans are awaiting Cardi B’s highly-anticipated album to drop, she’s kept everyone entertained with plenty of singles. She released a “Bartier Cardi” with 21 Savage and a video for her collab with Ozuna last month. This week, she became the first rapper to chart three singles simultaneously in the Hot 100’s Top 10.
