MLKMN and Katalina Viteri Are the 2015 Bonnie and Clyde in the Video for “R.I.P.”

Following the success of his debut album Milkstape last fall, Monterrey-born and Laredo-hailing rapper MLKMN returns with a brand new single titled “R.I.P.,” with a high-profile feature from Mila J and a slick video to boot. The clip recreates the infamous scene from 2006’s Waist Deep.

“R.I.P.” is all about love so good that it feels criminal, and in the Michael Garcia-directed clip, Milk and his lady go full-on Bonnie and Clyde, sticking up a local burger joint while a clueless cop idles outside. MLKMN’s DJ Happy Colors also makes a cameo as the equally unaware diner cook, too busy jamming out to the song to realize what’s happening. In the end, they may not be the only two caught slippin’.

“R.I.P.” is the lead single off Milk’s forthcoming sophomore effort Soy Milk, coming soon.
