Only two months ago, Ciudad Satélite producer Naked Geometry released his great Encoded Memories EP through Finesse Records. Now he’s part of a 10-city tour around Mexico alongside other artists from the label. But before that, our beloved friends from NWLA put out his The Missing 43 EP, whose title references the Ayotzinapa case from last year.
The guys from Infinito Corazón brought back the EP’s lead track, “Flirting,” and gave it a video treatment. Director Daniel M. Torres and Patricia Peregrín came up with a collage of vivid kaleidoscopic images presented in a color palette that represents the elegant sounds of the future bass track. It’s all about mirrored images, light, focus, and close-ups. There will be many times when you won’t know what you’re watching, but don’t overthink it–just sink deep into his world.
